STRENGTH=FUNCTION
Function is the ability of an individual to do what they want when they want. Pain limits the ability to perform functional tasks. The cause of most pain affecting function is muscle weakness or imbalance. The only way to remedy this cause is through developing strength. I have spent my career proving this to be true. I have assisted thousands of individuals in returning to fulfilling, functional lives by resolving their pain through strength training.
My goal is to extend this knowledge with my method to as many individuals as possible. The emotional and physical toll pain takes on an individual is devastating. I have seen it overtake people's lives. I have dealt with people who have given up because they were told by the medical establishment that there was nothing that could be done for them.
